SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At this time, we currently offer site-wide free ground shipping to customers in the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, though most orders placed before 12 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order’s progress by visiting your Account area. Click the Account Link at the top right corner of the screen and choose My Account from the menu. Here, you can view the status of all orders you’ve placed through the site and track your delivery. If you have any questions about your shipment, please email us at support@americanmechanic.com or submit a question through our Contact Us page.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal Credit, and financing through Lease Corporation of America. For more information on our financing options, click here.

RETURNS & WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

Our goal is that you are satisfied with your American Mechanic purchase and will recommend our site to your friends. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss whether you would like to return your product for credit or for an exchange of a different product.

All Returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee & must be authorized by American Mechanic and prepaid by the Buyer. Requests for return credit or exchange will be honored for a period of 30 days within date of purchase. Returned items need to be in like-new condition, uninstalled or registered, and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipment costs to return the product.

Warranty information for individual products can be found under on their product page. To initiate a warranty repair or replacement, please contact us at support@americanmechanic.com with your order number, the part number of the item, and the issue you encountered. Warranty repairs or replacements for the Bosch ADS Scan Tools must be initiated through Bosch Customer Support. Information on how to initiate a claim through Bosch can be found here.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

If you want to cancel an order (or part of an order) that has not yet been shipped , please email us at support@americanmechanic.com with your order number and request. If your order has already been shipped (and you have not yet received the order) before we receive your cancellation request, the American Mechanic return policy will apply.

CANCELLATION FEE

A 3% cancellation fee will be assessed on any orders that have been processed but not yet shipped.
